In the case where refund is required, please make the request for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Conditions of Return
- Products must be returned in their original container, with all packaging intact, in good condition.
- Products must have at least 70% intact to be eligible for a refund.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Pack the product securely in the original shipping container.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the return.

All return cost shall be borne by customer. We do not bear any return fee.
Refunds
All products will be reviewed Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
